available at FAST-FIX: a kiosk of approximately 150 sq.ft. or a
400-700 sq.ft. inline store which are both strategically located
in regional malls. We also offer the ability for a qualified
individual to own and operate multiple FAST-FIX stores with
exclusive development rights in a specific area. |

Yes, in fact, FAST-FIX awards its franchise only to individuals
who personally operate their stores and are involved in the day to
day operation of their business. |

What training does
FAST-FIX provide? |

New franchise owner orientation and training takes place for 10
days at the FAST-FIX University School, located in Delray Beach,
Florida. As a new franchisee, an operations manager will also be
there to help ensure a successful grand opening. Ongoing training
and support takes place at our annual national convention and
during our regional marketing meetings in your area. Support staff
is available 24/7.

Is training mandatory?

Training is mandatory. You (and your manager) must successfully
complete the required FAST-FIX training programs at our national
training center. Start-up training costs (excluding travel and
hotel accommodations) are included in your initial franchise fee.

We
obtain feedback from present and past employees. We also
participate actively at the industry level in order to provide you
relevant recruiting and retention tools as well as assistance in

Franchisees contribute to a national monthly advertising program.
These funds are used for advertising and sales programs in your
store that may include: coupons, tabletop tents, signs, referral

have established relationships with all of the major mall
developers in the country. We provide tools for reviewing sites

The availability of stores in specific mall will be discussed
during your initial interview. Flexibility to relocate for a store
location may be required in some states. |

A
FAST-FIX store design allows for both good working conditions and
for the customer to watch the actual repair work being performed.
We design your floor plan to be consistent with this proven look
and feel of other FAST-FIX locations. |

a franchise company, we are regulated as to how an earnings claim
can be communicated. We can provide this information to you in
written form in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC),

franchise information kit (if you have requested that information
be sent to you) or by selecting 'Application' from the navigation
